Number 19 - 3rd Nov 2008Today I was at class again - attempting to 'weld' wax to create a mould ready for the first coat of ceramic slurry. Managed to get quite a big burn on my finger - I recommend NOT dripping melted wax on yourself, even if it is an accident. I totally forgot in all the madness to take a photo of the process but I did however get some photos at lunchtime when I went for a walk in the sunshine round the University of Otago (which is just down the road from the art school) - this one is of the famous clock tower - the person in the image is some random stranger who just happened to walk infront of the lens as I clicked the button.
